This policy aims to clarify the rules and procedures governing deposit and withdrawal operations on the Al Mada Investment platform, ensuring transparency and ease of handling your funds within a licensed environment in the Sultanate of Oman.
Available Deposit Methods
We offer you multiple options to deposit funds:

- 💸 Approved electronic payment solutions (e.g., Skrill) and stable cryptocurrencies
- 🇴🇲 Local transfer within the Sultanate of Oman (for local users)
Deposit Conditions
- All deposits must be made in the name of the account holder only.
- Minimum deposit: $350 USD or equivalent.
- Instant deposits are processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- We may request additional documents to verify the source of funds.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals are made using the same method previously used for deposit, if possible.
- The account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 business hours, taking into account time zone differences and official holidays.
Fees and Charges
- Deposit: We do not charge any deposit fees, but the issuing party may impose fees depending on the bank or method used.
- Withdrawal: Fees may be applied to some withdrawal methods (e.g., international bank transfers).
- All fees will be clearly displayed on the payment page before confirming the transaction.
Accepted Currencies
- The base currency of the trading account is USD – EUR – OMR.
- If a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be automatically converted based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Restrictions and Limits
We reserve the right to delay or stop any deposit or withdrawal operation in the following cases:
- Unusual activity on the account
- Financial or legal disputes
- Suspicion of any fraudulent attempt
- Requests exceeding daily or monthly verification limits
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Al Mada Investment is committed to strict anti-money laundering policies. Therefore:
- We may request supporting documents for any financial transfer
- We do not accept any transactions from third parties or anonymous accounts
- All operations are subject to internal monitoring and Omani regulations
Refund Policy
- Funds cannot be refunded after a trade has been executed upon the client's request.
- In case of an error or incorrect transfer, please contact support immediately via official channels.
Governing Law
This policy is subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes shall be settled before the local judicial authorities.
