Introduction

This agreement represents the legal foundation between you as a user ('the client') and Al Madaa Investment, the Omani licensed broker authorized by the relevant regulatory authorities in the Sultanate of Oman (License No.: CMI 009, Commercial Registration No.: 1055489).

By using the trading account, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms outlined in this agreement.

Account Opening

To open a trading account with Al Madaa Investment, the client must:

• Accurately and transparently complete the registration form
• Provide valid identity and address verification documents
• Agree to the related terms, conditions, and policies

Account Types

We offer clients several account types, including:

• Standard Account: Supports trading in all financial instruments under general conditions (Classic - Gold - VIP)
• Islamic Account: Compliant with Islamic Sharia (no overnight interest)

Client Information & Updates

The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.

The broker must be immediately notified of any changes related to:

• Residence or address
• Financial or banking status
• Any official documents that may affect the account's validity

Broker Authority

Al Madaa Investment has the right, without prior notice, to:

• Restrict or suspend account operations in case of suspected suspicious activity
• Modify or terminate promotional offers related to the account
• Take any action in compliance with local and international laws and regulations

Client Activities

The client agrees to use the account solely for personal trading purposes and not to:

• Open trades on behalf of third parties without authorization
• Conduct trades that exploit system or price loopholes
• Use unauthorized trading bots or automated tools

Account Closure

The client may request to close their account at any time, provided that:

• All open positions are settled
• No outstanding balance remains
• All legal obligations are fulfilled

Account Fees

Certain fees may apply to specific account types or transactions, such as:

• Overnight interest fees (for non-Islamic accounts)
• Inactivity fees (after a period of no activity)
• Withdrawal or bank transfer fees according to the payment policy

Login Details & Account Security

The client is responsible for:

• Keeping their username and password confidential
• Using two-factor authentication when available
• Not sharing account credentials with any third party

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. In case of any disputes, they shall be referred to the competent courts within the Sultanate.
